Liquids and connecting-flight rules
Duty-free liquids bought at Fiumicino are sealed in a tamper-evident bag with your receipt visible — keep that bag sealed and the receipt with you if you're connecting through another airport, since some transfer security checks will confiscate opened or unsealed duty-free liquids even if they were legitimately purchased airside.
